What we collect

If you send a wholesale or space enquiry: your name, business, phone and email, plus whatever you tell us. If you sign up for emails: your email address. We also record which channel you arrived from.

What we do not collect

No card details ever reach this website. There are no customer accounts and no passwords. We do not send your name, email or phone number to any analytics service.

Marketing

The updates checkbox is never ticked for you, and nothing changes if you leave it alone. You can ask to come off the list at any time.

How long we keep it

Wholesale enquiries for three years after we last spoke. Space enquiries for two. Email subscribers until you unsubscribe.

Asking us about your data

Email hello@noob.coffee to see what we hold, correct it, or have it deleted. We reply within 30 days.
